The course or training session has not yet started, and
The participant has not accessed, downloaded, or used any training materials or platform resources.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
The course has already started
Training materials, recordings, or platforms have been accessed
The refund request is made after the 7-day period
The service was purchased at a discounted or promotional price
Administrative or registration fees
5. Course Cancellation by the Academy
In the unlikely event that Maritime Academy Training cancels or postpones a scheduled course:
Participants will be entitled to either:
A full refund, or
Enrollment in a future session of the same course, at no additional cost
6. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without prior communication may result in:
Suspension of access to services
